Virgin Free Minutes- Help Please im being cheated

:mad: Hi, I am being charged by my mobile network - Virgin for making calls to 07744788...number even if I have the free minutes!!! I know of other people who are using this number and not charged. Can they just charge me without informing me? is this not a violation of terms? How should i proceed? please help- I dnt want them to get away with this...

They have informed you in the terms and conditions of your contract that your free minutes do not include call forwarding numbers beginning 07744 & 07755 if you ain't read them then thats your own fault, you only have yourself to blame.
