Morning all

We have moved house , changed address with Anglian Water from our old to new and carrying on the payments and account etc etc , all fine..

apart from our LL has taken what she says is the balance of our account £61 out of our deposit !

She says she rang them and found it out ? surley she understands that this is our account and is being paid fine thank you very much and is transfeered to our new address ??
The account isnt held with the house it`s with us isnt it ?

And also i rang anglian and they say its illegal for someone to attempt to access our account info and for them to allow someone too ?

Can anyone advise ?
