New owners CitiGroup must think we're thick or something - as their notice of the reduction ignored the anomaly. Of course it could have been that they've only 'caught up' with the previous quarter point reduction - meaning it has levelled out, but I checked, no, they went down a quarter percent at the last drop too....0
