This to me seems the best deal for me at the moment. I'm currently paying about £5-10 a month on PAYG. This deal should hopefully cut my bill and I get a new phone.
are the mobileshop reputable enough to trust this cashback scheme?
I haven't missed something really obvious have i that makes this deal a no go?
Thanks
Dave

That looks like a good deal and just the phone my son was looking for.

Can some body advise as to when to send off to claim cashback at at months 5,7, 9 and 12
Does this mean you wait until you have got a bill for the 5th month or do you send off a claim regardless 5 calender months after the phone is connected
I would hope everything is explained in blacl and white on reciept of the phone
Many Thanks0 -

I've only bought phones from E2save before and in those cases it was always the 3rd, and 6th bill (or whatever number bill they ask for) whatever period those bills covered.
I have a system at home where I write across the top of the bill which number it is and as soon as I get the right number bill send it off recorded delivery to make a claim. My claims have always been paid out, very slowly, but paid in full nonetheless.
I have noticed though that the last e2save phone I bought has different requirements, with that I must send a voucher as well as the bill and it says that new vouchers will not be issued in case of loss and cashbacks will not be paid where vouchers are not attached to the appropriate bill. I wonder if thi smeans all mobile phone sellers will start making it slightly more complicated to get cashbacks in future?

Soolin
The marking of bills seems like a very good idea?? Do other people have different ways of reminding themselves? Prehaps somebody who has already taken out this deal could clarify the situation with regards to Mobileshop?

I think this deal has been discussed elsewhere on these forums
The second post of http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=73183
I've just signed my mum up for this and like you MA_10, hope that its clearly explained when the phone arrives.
