    Hi All

    Apologies for taking so long to reply ... After much thought I have decided to accept the cheque and call it a day. I take comfort in the fact I am getting all my deposit back plus the LL paid out for my sols fees! Just waiting for the sols to confirm her cheque has cleared and then I'll get a cheque from them!! Thanks everyone for all your help and advice! You get great support on this here forum!! :beer:

    PS - Anyone know what these little medals are appearing over the stars (under our forum name .. )

    Well done TB for putting up a good fight and getting your deposit back. Hopefully you've put the wind up your LL so she'll be more careful next time. More importantly, you've taught her you're not the push over she thought you were when she tried to keep your hard-earned cash!!
