Apologies for taking so long to reply ... After much thought I have decided to accept the cheque and call it a day. I take comfort in the fact I am getting all my deposit back plus the LL paid out for my sols fees! Just waiting for the sols to confirm her cheque has cleared and then I'll get a cheque from them!! Thanks everyone for all your help and advice! You get great support on this here forum!! :beer:
