    No news yet ... I'm not sure if thats good or bad :confused:

    The LL only took a couple of days to reply to the last letter so maybe she is taking the final LBA a bit more seriously .... Probably trying to find a legal loophole ... Although I'm not sure one exists in the case of non protection of deposit ... :think:

    Just found out from a source that 'the bag' is practically renovating the house ... buying everything new including a new bathroom, furniture etc...... including new carpets ... which I paid a fair whack to have professionally cleaned when I left ... :mad:

    Harping back to the original 'state of the cooker' thingy...I don't understand what she was expecting. We moved into a house 2 years ago which had a new cooker and oven and withing 6 months you couldn't class it as new. Not that I'm a mucky pup, we have a cleaner regularly clean it down, but if you use a cooker it looks USED. She deserves everything you can throw at her, go get the old rat bag.

    Like I mentioned in one of my earlier posts .... She really was expecting to see an oven and hob with no wear & tear at all ... Totally unrealistic! The fact that she is now kitting out the place from top to bottom really gets my goat! It's not like she can't afford to give me back what I'm due ...

    As someone who is expecting hassles from our landlord when we leave, I hope you give her all you have got....:T


    Though maybe she is spending all of the 3x deposit so she cant give it you back??:rotfl:

    Actually, even if she gets a CCJ but doesn't pay it'll ruin her credit rating and she'll hate that .... :cool:
