  • Wow, well done:j

Does the voucher not specify where it can be spent:confused: seems odd.
The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter :(

Dont keep getting stressed over it folks!

Ive received 3 lots of mail to post in the last few weeks........but i havnt bothered!

Ive NOT registered my details or my postbox........yet they still keep sending me letters to post.

The website issues.........unable to get on/receive training info.... has made it all too much hassle!

Maybe i should email them and say cheerio?

But i'm not covinced they really know what they are doing, or how accurate their recording of data is.........

Like i say, apart from my first signing up........and their welcome email to me.......i've not actually registered!

Can i ask you what days you have to post on next week please? Or if any of you have recieved next weeks postings in the mail, what days do you have to post?

Yup course you can ask lol, i gotta post mon/tues
  • I usually get a big brown envelope (between 3 - 5 days before the next letter is to be mailed off ) with all of the stuff to be mailed off for the next week. It varies each week as to how many and what dates and times, it can be anything from 2 - 4 mailings to be sent off per week. I work shift work, 6am till 2pm amd 2pm till 10pm, so I can mail anytime. Uusally some are before 10am (which gets mailed on my way to work) and if it's after there is no rush as I can do it after work. On the odd occasion I have had to ask my eldest son to post some off as they had to be posted between 10am - 1pm and I was at work. I got a phone call off the survey people as they noticed I had not mailed anything off for two weeks (due to not being able to access the website) and the woman reset my password and even checked it before giving me the new PW. No problems since.

  • Folks, I really wouldn't stress over this as much as some people seem to be. :) If the site isn't working, just make a note of the date & time you posted the letter & go back to the site later or another day. They clearly don't mind your tasks not being updated as soon as you've posted the letters, because letters that aren't posted one week can be sent the next. Although you might have to use Internet Explorer initially, once your account is set up you can use Firefox if you want - I've been using Firefox since I recorded preparing my first letter & I haven't had any problems getting on the site at all. Add the link, http://rmsurveys.research-int.com/ , to your favourites/bookmarks, or save it in a text file so you don't become one of the many people asking what the link is. ;)

You can have up to 10 postboxes in your profile, so most people should be able to have at least one they can use. If your local one doesn't have a postbox number, e-mail them (postalsurvey@research-int.com) to let them know & they'll send you the number if the box can be used, & the box will probably get an info label on it within a couple of weeks. A lot of info is in the FAQ - why not copy it into a Word document & save it on your pc, so that you have it available whether the site's working or not? You could also add the contact info & the site link to the bottom of the same document. The training links aren't working, so either e-mail them to let them know you need them & they'll send them to you in pdf format, or request them here if you need them urgently as I & other people have got them & I don't think people would mind e-mailing them on if you PM them with your e-mail address.

If you're finding it too awkward to send the letters or fill in the data, just resign from the panel - they won't mind & you've already got your stamps (nearly £6 in value each month), so it's not like you've lost anything. No-one conducting surveys expects 100% honesty or compliance in the responses, so I very much doubt that an occasional individual saying they posted within the required time-span when they did it a few minutes outside at either end, or using a box they've forgotten or not had time to put in their profile, is going to make a whole heap of difference. You're helping with a survey, not having your bone marrow tested for a loved one. :)
