I have just started and wish I had never bothered!
Sent my first letter today and had to try 4 different post boxes till I found one with a number.
Then i logged on and tried to do there online training so I knew what I was doing and got ERROR, ERROR, ERROR!
So i emailed them and they sent back saying that they relise there is a problem with the training but would not be fixing it even though a few members had complained. They attatched a PDF file with the training files and i went through them.
Then I went onto the site now knowing what to do and all I get is ERROR, ERROR, ERROR!!!
I have emailed them again but I am presuming they are shut till tomorrow.
Not trying again tonight!
For 18 stamps is it worth it?
If you quit I wonder if you have to send the stamps back, anyone know?
Has anyone else managed to get further than me tonight?

I'm a newbie to this, logged on for the first time tonight to see what happens ... and I'm getting the error messages as well. I assume they're having problems with their servers or something. Oh well, at least I don't have to post my first item until next week.
I've got a weird problem I've emailed them about, though ... anybody got any ideas? They say I have to post "after 1pm but before last collection". But I live really rural, and my local postbox has one collection which is listed as 09:30am (postie comes between then and 12 noon depending on workload). So when do I post - before the only collection of the day?:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

Don't waste time looking for a box with a number on. Just email them telling them that there was no number and give them the location where you posted the mail. As soon as you tell them this then within a few weeks weeks your box will suddenly have a number on it0 -

I signed up with this company about 4 weeks ago......
I received my 18 stamps and 1st instructions about 2 weeks ago. I spent about 2 hours trying to find where and how to login, then as stated here i tried to use the tutorial which didnt work....
Week 1 , i posted 2 letters. Week 2, I posted 2 letters (all to the same person I might add) and both times filled in the online data, then received an email from them saying they didnt need me as they had enough people in my area.
Well I get to keep the stamps (or they haven't asked 4 them back) but it was alot of messing about and now i wish I hadnt bothered.
Good luck with this one people!
Edit ** Have just read back a few pages and seen others reporting the same. I'm in the PO postcode area**0 -
