If you go to their site and click on the FAQ or training and everything is explained. or if you read through this thread it's on here as well

Soundes like an error to me as you havent done your training yet!

I had the same thought myself when 2 stickers tore.

I was not being very delicate with my handling and put it down to that so I am being a bit more careful now

or look along the top toolbar theres also a training button.

I have read through all the training, is that all I need to do 'read it'? I'm sure I'll get the hang of it once I get some items to post/recieve.
