    You don't need to enter the item on the reveived page. The received page if for when you get stuff sent to you and arrives with your test initals on via the post.

    I cant remember my first few test items, but there when sending out items i enter the info onto "View Posting Plan and enter sent items"

    Received items is for individual items that are sent to me by other panel members
  • hey these people ring me twice a week asking me questions they are driving me bonkers lol.
    I am going away on sunday and have they pushed me to the lmit sent me like 7 letters to send out this week and im also receiving qtl's a different sort of test item and ive gotta send them back 1 by 1 they say i will receive 7.
    Cant wait for me two weeks rest from this lol.

    i have just got my 1st lot today and its 2 letters to post next week 1 on tue and 1 on wed they say ill do this for 3-4 weeks does anyone know what happens after then will i still do 2 a week or does it get more and more i see some one says they do 7 a week this isnt really worth 18stamps a month is it ?? do you have to do that many or is there a help page anyone can give me the url for thanks sarah

    This is very interested. I ordered tickets to a party that took place on Sunday 10th. The tickets arrived Monday 11th, in the afternoon. But I saw in the envelope that they'd been sent on the 1st of August, 1st class.

    Yes you get 18 stamps free per month for doing this. They are usually sent out in the large brown envelope in the last week of the month

    I get between 1 and 7 items a week to post, there isnt a lot of time involved in preparing the letters and posting them, so i think 18 stamps is pretty good. There isnt a help part for the site, but if you log on, then there is a training part. Failing that, any questions you can contact them:
