Signed up for this, and got my starter pack0

I have rang and complained so many times and have not had any notice taken of me. They have sent my credit card details and cheque book to others in my block. That's why I signed up for this. Also I don't get any more junk mail than I did before. When I do get mags and things sent from these it has my initals that I picked to show it was from them. When you sign up they ask you to chose initals that will be put on you mail so when you look at it you know straight away it from the survey team.
Hope this helps clear it up a bit, they are very helpful and your be surprised how many times I get asked to check the day I said it was posted as royal mail say's it was posted a day or two later. I have also been asked was the day I said I got it correct as I should have got it before that day I said. Hopefully these little bits of info will help sort Royal Mail out. Thanks for any help and advice given

1. Why not go staright to the Royal mail, and file a complaint about items that are lost.
The title on this thread is a bit misleading, this survey is nothing to do with individual items that have gone missing. It is more to monitor how the Royal Mail are doing in general in regards to delivery/collection times and getting the post to the right people.NoNameWoman wrote: »1. What concerns me too is that I feel this may also be a way to send 'junk' to people who sign up??
The only items you receive as part of this are specifically sent to monitor the time it takes to get them to you (from one postcode area to another). The large majority of test items are in fact blank sheets of paper.0 -

Anyone else had a test letter to send and the recieving address is just round the corner from where you live:DIf you board the wrong train, it is no use running along the corridor in the other direction.

I recently joined this and got the intro pack last week. Only problem is that is specifies day and times stuff must be posted and I could not get to a postbox or post office when specified. Have contacted them but they said the packs are done in advance and I will have to return them! Might do!Infamy! Infamy! They've all got it in for me!

You can do it the following week at the same time place etc.
I struggle sometimes with the post office ones so leave them to the following week when I know its possible to do it. The only time I sent my pack back was when they sent it for my holiday which I had notified them of and so I just sent it back - no problems.2020 Mortgage-Free Wannabes #20 £1495.03/£2760 OP0 -
