I'm also signed up for extra 'correct delivery' survey - week begining 23rd June I think0 -
Im doing this for my second time and not had randon items either.Thanks for any help and advice given

I've done the misdelivery survey a few times now and never had a random item. How would they be able to do so as you're looking for an item not addressed to you and not suppose to be delivered to your address. So they can't have any control on it.

The brown medium envelopes we sometimes send test items in: Are they self sealing envelopes? I sometimes find them hard to seal down properlyIf you board the wrong train, it is no use running along the corridor in the other direction.

Dear Panellist,
From 13th June 2008, you will have received magazine test items either for Investors Chronicle and/or Marketing Week, which you will continue to receive for the next Four weeks. These magazine test items look like the items you may usually identify as an item without an R number. However, they contain something additional.
All we ask you to do with these items:
· Check for your test initials (as normal);
· Open the packaging;
· Locate the white envelope;
· Enter the item using the R number provided in the white envelope onto the website;
· Place the SMART into your SMART stock;
Return the magazine, packaging and white envelope in with your normal return items.
Many thanks for your continued help with our survey - your contribution is greatly appreciated.
Regards,

Hi Essenchill,
I already get things like this from them. Like they say they have your initals on them so you know they are from them. I have had mags and travel Brochures. You just look for the r number and enter online. I send everything back once a week hope this helps.Thanks for any help and advice given

Thanks Nickyt, I'm not concerned about it being complicated or anything, just wondered if it was something new they'd started to do, or if my time had come to begin something new! They've explained it clearly enough, it's a warning not to assume its a magazine and to miss the smart and R number so I will look out for them arriving.0 -
