Dear Panellist,
From 13th June 2008, you will have received magazine test items either for Investors Chronicle and/or Marketing Week, which you will continue to receive for the next Four weeks.
Yes, I received this email the other day as well.
I have been doing the survey for a few months now and am currently doing my 2nd misdelivery survey.
However, I have never received any magazines etc via the survey to date - so have never needed to use any of the yellow labels.
It just sounds as if they are telling us not to use the yellow labels with these other - as they have arranged to put SMARTs in them.
Finally, something to read <g>
Regards

I have not read all the thread but sort of got the idea from the first page. I actually searched for help here because I am quite fed up of (not) receiving my letters, or receiving them late, or open  .
I just have a couple of comments:
1. Why not go staright to the Royal mail, and file a complaint about items that are lost. This, of course, is more difficult in the case of prizes that you are not notified about. My post have been messed up with on few other occasions.
1. What concerns me too is that I feel this may also be a way to send 'junk' to people who sign up??
But again, I may be wrong.0
