O2 Online Retentions
Hi Folks,
Just been on to the Retentions Dept at O2 Online to see what offeres there doing to keep customers.
They offered me a package called Discount 500 which is similar to the 3 Video Talk 500 package.
Its £20.00 per month and gives you 500 X Network Mins and 400 Texts.

I'm a very low user and said that if i wanted a new phone it would cost me £xxx but I said I like the phone i've got and he said I could use my current phone and there would be no 12 month contract!0
