Any CPW cashback problems?

I've only dealt with e2save which are now part of CPW and have had no problems with receiving my cash back. The only thing I did find though is that they are very very slow, instead of the 28 days as claimed it was nearer 2 months before I received a credit or a cheque.

I sent in my 3 bill early last month but haven't received anything yet - it was a NOkia 7600 on the January £2.99/month deal.
Have others been paid out for this yet?

I used CPW for a cashback deal last year and got all 3 lots of cashback paid ok. They take their time but they do pay up PROVIDED you stick with all their provisions. They're quite strict with their 'rules' on what you need to do to claim the cashback and when, but provided you stick to them, going by my experience you shouldn't have any problems.

PS: forgot to say, don't forget to use Martin's Tart Alert to remind you when to make your cashback claims.
(Thanks btw Martin!)

Absolutely no problem with CPW cheque back - very speedy.
I used recorded delivery just to be sure they received it.
In fact they mucked up the processing and paid ALL my cashback at the 6th month bill stage so I didn't have to wait for the 12th month bill.0 -
I took out a CPW contract last year and cashback was paid up automatically after 4 momths without any need for reminding even though their forms said I had to send in the bill so was well pleased
HOWEVER this year is another story. Sent in my claim form after 4 months, and was informed that they now take up to 60 days to deal with it. I phoned them continuously with no joy till last week when after 80 days they said i had sent the wrong information in and so they were going to send me in 5 days time a letter informing me of this.
They tried to reassure me by saying if I sent the right info in they would process it subject to another 60 day delay!
In the end i faxed it to them and have received a text saying the chweque has now been raised and will be sent out in 14-21 days.

Very similar to my tale- Sent in my bill in May- heard nothing for ages so phoned- told us that there was a backlog so wait a while. Waited till last month but still no avail so e-mailed them to ask what was going on- and they told me they couldn't track down my letter so could I fax/e-mail bill. So faxed it to them and waited for response but still nothing- so contacted them again and they said they couldn't find fax so could I e-mail it- which I did and still I waited. So once again e-mailed them and they eventually replied and said they had tracked down my fax and would deal with it as a matter of priority and that it would be with me within 60 days (ahem a priority!) At which point I got a wee bit irate and e-mailed them back and they said it would be dealt with ASAP. I also e-maile the chief exec direct and stated how annoyed i was with CPW but still had to wait ages for his reply and I was promised the cheque within 14 days, so fingers crossed will receive that soon0
