Incoming SMS costing money
Hello, I hope someone has more knowledge than me.
A friend of mine recently signed upto "isingles.co.uk" either she didn't read things correctly or the site isn't clear.
Either way they are charging her £5 per text message she receives. There is nothing on the website that tells you how to STOP these messages coming in.
She has contacted them without response.
Searching their entire website with google for the word cancel doesn't give anything!
http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&rlz=1T4GGIH_en-GBGB254GB254&q=site%3Aisingles.co.uk+cancel&meta=
Shocking behaviour!
She beleives she's managed through her phone company to prevent further messages - but now she would like to complain to somebody, initially she asked me where to complain about a website - but that to me seems fruitless.
However there must be a governing body for these premium rate providers, and common sense tells me a complaint to them, if valid, would get them shut down. Hit them where it hurts - in the wallet!
Anybody have any ideas on where to complain about such a company?

Many thanks, as you see above I checked the site over and over, finally reverting to google to help me to no avail.
You'd think it would be a frequently asked question - hence included on the FAQ page, oh but then they wouldn't make as much money!
Thanks again, I hope everything goes well in March.0
