    The only two I have left is 100 in Nationwide and 100 in National Counties - they waived their 1000 min then 500 min some years ago - just because I'm not desperate for 200 quid.

    Is the NC still one branch with the highest relative value per member of high priced properties?

    Do you think the Chelsea will ever convert/be taken over?

    I have been holding an account with them since the first lot of conversions - seems like decades ago:)
    Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:

    Where have you been for the last three years? The Chelsea was taken over by the Yorkshire Building Society in 2010 and there was no payout. The Chelsea no longer exists in its own right; it's merely a trading name of the Yorkshire.

    Yes but anyone with £100 in the Chel will now have that with YBS, so in the very unlikely event that they DM, you might get something.
