We have had the same problem! In Aug 07 we bought a computer that didnt work, after going through trading standards we still have not recieved a refund and its feb 09! I phoned every 2 hours for a wekk soldi and still didnt get offered anything, if you look at our enotes its says resolved! Ha more like wiped off!!!!Sorry but dont hold out much hope! They dont reply to enotes and dont call back and have been taken over now! Good luck!!!0

I ordered an mp3 player that did not work well. Sent it back at my own expense and it was never replaced. I got no response to any of my communications. Also they never even sent a keyboard that I paid for.Crooks!0
