Best VOIP provider for calls overall

I've just bought a Nokia E51 and intend to put Fring on it... what's the best choice for a VOIP provider that I can use in the UK and when I'm abroad to make cheap calls via VOIP? (I've never used VOIP except for free Skype-Skype calls).

I will check out LowRateVOIP as I've just got a Nokia E51 which has the Wifi capability to use anywhere... sounds like it might be a betamax/Finarea co.
EDIT: yes it is a betamax co.
Interesting you say the quality is good as people have had bad experiences with voipcheap and the like from the same people... the voipin functionality is of particular interest to me to use abroadThe thanks button is here to the right. Thanks for that - though having been unfamiliar with what I needed at the beginning, I can now say I need a service that supports SIP.
I'm using justvoip at the minute (the number they allocated to me is an 056, so I'm keeping my sipgate 020 number for inbound calls) but the problem is that it's a bit hit-and-miss using the E51 software (though with Fring it's fine, I need both to have incoming and outgoing, and sipgate just doesn't register using the built-in client - aargh!).
Incidentally the reason I want this is so that when I'm on a wireless LAN (UK or abroad), people can call me on an 020 number and I can call out from the phone to the UK for free (or near to free). The thanks button is here to the right. Sid, look into Voxalot; it's not itself a VoIP provider of calls, but has some interesting ways to use or combine other services. I think you should be able to register your Sipgate account for incoming, and can define your own dialplans (with more than one provider if you wish) for outgoing.
Also, look at pbxes or mysipswitch to give you some open-ended ideas about other extra facilities that are possible - but don't ask me to explain them yet!
For calls, Truphone or Wifimobile might be also be interesting for you. Or Vyke, which is just a connect fee for quite a few countries. Truphone has had a launch offer (extended) of free calls to about 40 countries, has said that it will shortly have new tariffs, but seems to be a bit coy about the announcement0 -
Hi there redux - I didn't see your post before but just came back here to say I've just signed up to Truphone as well... works well with the inbuilt VOIP client in the E51.
They still haven't got the new tariffs on the site despite it being the last day of free calls but hey I got what looks like a 'normal' number 07978 (not sure if they've resolved their differences with T-mobile on termination fees yet - waiting for my online bill to update to see how much my test call has cost or if it's out of allowance!!!)
But I still want that 020 for incoming from Sipgate, and I still ideally want to use up the money I've spent with Justvoip too...
Thanks for the tips... I'm a bit of a computer buff so this stuff is proving to be good stimulus for my grey matter...The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster!

Yes - as for 056... as justvoip assigned me. I've been the usual 20p/min rate for Flext but outside-allowance so I still need to have my sipgate. Ho hum. I do like the fact that Truphone seems to work fine with the Nokia SIP client - I just can't get the others to do so.The thanks button is here to the right.
