BT - Please Help - Worst Customer Services Ever (Very Depressed)

Matt have you had any luck with BT?
Im still resolving my issue although it seems someone who doesnt live im my flat has more rights than I do as he got a business line installed which bt wont cancel without his authority even though i've explained he doesnt live there and it also breached his previous tenancy agreement.
They now wont install a line because they just dont have room at the exchange and we have to wait for the line to be disconnected but only on the authority of the previous tenant.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 0650 -
Well if anyone is interested the issue i have will be resolved by the 7th of March so its will of only taken BT 5 weeks to get a line installed in the house but at least there waiving the £125 connection fee due to the complaint i lodged.

I'd just be happy if they spoke English on the phone. Took me 7 attempts for them to get my name right.0

Well theres an engineer at my home now activating my phone line so it only took about 5 weeks but i just wanted to thank anyone in here for there help and I hope the original poster got his issue resolved.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 0650
