hi, for the past few days when i turn my w810i on it says insert sim on screen, so i take sim out and after a few attempts it turns on, now today when i turned phone on the screen is just flashing white! dont know what to do. who do i contact? its payg o2 and bought from littlewoods, any help would be great.

Have you tried charging the battery ? Some SE do this is battery is very very low on juice. Otherwise sounds as if it needs flashing etc.
I would phone Littlewoods, SE phones come with a 2 year warranty so get it fixed under that.0 -

You could try the Sony Ericson Update service software.
http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/download/1/110/61/1200585176/Update_Service_Setup-2.7.12.4.exe
Download and install the software then see if that can put the files on your phone. Very easy to use with the USB cable that came with the phone. Just follow the onscreen instructions.0
