I got a letter this morning saying my order is ok but they are waiting on stock coming from supplier

Looks like the 12th was a bad day to order then.

I ordered a 14 as there was no 12 and a few other bits and bobs from the sale but then after i'd ordered and bumped the thread I noticed 12 was showing in stock so ordered 2 (one for me and one for my mum). I got my emails and then my first order minus the original jacket so ordered another 14 as they were still showing in stock online!! and rang CS who said that 10s and 14s were still in stock on the computer so I explained the situation and ordered one with her too just to be sure.

I've had 2 letters this morning saying the jackets are out of stock but haven't heard anything about my subsequent orders. I sent an email asking about them showing as in stock on and off for 2 days after I made my order but haven't received a reply yet.

I also received the out of stock letter this morning, ordered a size 10 on the 12th. I have had a few problems like this with Debenhams recently- most annoying!

Just rang and queried it again and the lady said that the computer doesn't update properly so there won't have been any in from the 12th onwards and that there will be no more in at all.

Absolutely gutted. Really liked the jacket and told my mum she was getting one too.

I ordered a size 10 on the 14th and it arrived this morning.

I didn't expect it to come as I had a problem at the checkout and wasn't sure if it had gone through.

I wanted a 8 but it was sold out ,and DD looked at the jacket on screen and said she didn't like it,she loved it this morning when it arrived.

Thanks to the OP and the person who bumped it to say they had more stock.

I am sorry about those of you who didn't get one despite ordering before me ,this has happened to me before with other offers and it is infuriating.

Thanks again I am really please,especially as my free cards from photobox also turned up,just of out to see if I can get the 75% bargains in Tesco with my vouchers,and see if I can use a £4 off a £20 spend on clothes for DD(who hates Tesco clothes)

I'm gutted I didn't get one but i'm glad you did.

Shows that it wasn't true that there were none from the 12th onwards though.

I think i'm just jinxed to be honest.

I got the letter this morning, i orderd a size 14 on the 12th as well, guess this was a bad day to order! was looking forward to getting it too

Got a letter this morning to say jacket was out of stock (size 14), but lunchtime received a delivery from Debenhams of a couple of blouses that I got (with the discount code and free delivery) for £6 each, both were reduced from £25. They are gorgeous too!
