If possible can everyone post a follow up saying if they received their order or not, when they ordered and what size etc. Gutted that I didn't get one and am going to try as hard as I can to get it rectified so any info would help.

I've had mine a few days, size 14.

What I need to know now is How do I get the creases out?:eek:

Thankyou to OP, I ordered my jacket on the 11th & received it yesterday, am very pleased with it, thankyou v. much :-)

I have the same problem with the creases though, have just put it on a hanger & hoped they fall out soon!!

I wanted to say thanks to the OP. I never look at the debenhams site, but I managed to get one of these jackets. The today when I checked back, I also got this jumper for my daughter reduced to £3

I got a letter this morning from Debenhams to thank me for my order & say the jacket is out of stock due to exceptional demand :mad: (I had ordered on the 12th Feb & the jacket was size 12 if that's helpful for anyone else). I also ordered a size 14 for my friend on the 14th so i'm not expecting that to arrive now.

I have just got a letter too.............:mad: I placed my order on the 12th and like another poster it says that due to an exceptionally high demand this item was out of stock... HOWEVER I noticed that they have got the size of my order wrong. I ordered size 8 for my cousin but they are saying that I ordered size 6, I have telephoned them to query but whatever size i wanted they are all out of stock.......:rolleyes: Arggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh it was going to be a lovely ~ yet cheap present.....

We also ordered on the 12th and it was in stock then Got our letter this morning too saying it was out of stock and apologies for inconvenience My daughter is gutted.
