O2 Bill Issues

I have received my bill for the month (o2) and it's huge basically, more than I can afford. I'm not actually disputingthe bill or wanting it reduced but I won't be able to pay all of it until April when I'm getting some money.

does anyone know if it is possible to arrange a payment plan with them (something along the lines of me paying £100 now, paying my March bill as normal and then paying the balance in April) WITHOUT getting my phone cut off in the meantime (this is the main issue, I really don't want my phone cutoff).

I always pay my bill normally and this is just a bit of a sting. do you think they will accept a payment plan like this?

Thanks

  • i work for o2 and know that they will accept a payment plan but they will restrict you handset to incoming calls only. they cannot allow you to run up any more bills until you have cleared the outstanding one
