new bed smells awful!!!

    archers have phoned and told me to come in an select another bed. They did suggest that they give me a new mattress but i told them that no way was i taking another memory foam mattress so i'm really pleased with their customer service. going to pick my new one thursday!!!!

    I understand that you have been put off memory foam, but although a few people have mentioned it in these forums, it is actually quite rare to get a smell that is unbearable. With mattresses containing springs and memory foam it is almost unheard of.

    yes they do smell, we have had ours over a year now and its fine...:D
