Quidco 'denied' my phones4u refund?

hi, i took out a K750i with phones4u via quidco but after nearly 2 months wait of processing , it then changed to DENIED on the cash back status page?! :eek: :mad:

i wrote to quidco obviously but just wondering if it has happened to any of you MSEs?

It seems to have happened to other people too. Don't quote me on this as I cannot find the thread however someone else commented on a denied rebate from Phones4u around a week ago. I believe it was the same handset as well.

It may therefore be a quidco or phones4u problem.

It was myself that was denied the refund from phones4u thru linemypocket so it must be a problem with phones4u

I complained as they have contacted phones4u and i am still awaiting the outcome.

Doesnt give me much confidence over the 6 month free rental cashback

these guys are not quick at re imbursing, bought a phone from mobileshop(via quidco)
june 3rd,still waiting

I referred 15 people via ipoints to phones4u, every single one showed up with my 10% referral and has now been cancelled! Are phones4u that hard up!

the same thing happened to me with P4U via RPoints. I made a complaint to RPoints and am now awaiting results.
