How do I get videos on my phone?

I've just bought a samsung E720, and am not sure how to download videos onto it.
I would like to download videos through my PC and use the bluetooth feature on my phone.

I have tried to do this, but when I try to play the video it says 'wrong video format'
I've tried avi, and I downloaded an MP4, but that was the same.

Do I have to use a programme to convert them or something?

What format of video is pre-installed on the phone ?.

if it's the same as Nokia then it is 3pg format, you can download the nokia multimedia converter from their website. I don't see why it wouldn't work for samsung phones if thats the format they use too

The Nokia multimedia convertor is easy to use, pretty reliable, fairly quick and free! I don't use it though as the video quality is IMHO terrible. Even on my old NEC 228/313 phones (which have very small screens in playback mode) it was just too horrid too watch - I've looked at a couple of old vids I did for those NECs, on my new Nokia 6630 with pretty big screen (especially in fullscreen mode) and they're dire. And the trouble is that even with the video quality being poor there isn't even the benefit of the files being small.
