I'm waiting for someone to post that Philip Holdsworth 69p per litre email again.:DThe man without a signature.0

Yes, it's too expensive and the government should lower the duty on it..
You will notice a calmer, quieter and much smoother engine & gearshifts. This is due to the effect water has on the combustion cycle inside your engine.
Enjoy a longer life expectancy of your engine, especially pistons, valves, rings and bearings.
no,more like the fact that it isnt running because there is water inside it!
yes we all want rusty engine components.and oil fed bearings just love water!...work permit granted!0 -

No thanks  :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
It looks like they are using the battery to produce hydrogen /oxygen through electrolysis and then blowing this into the engine ...I don't think production would be great enough to give a noticeable improvement ....But I would be happy to be proved wrong ..
The backing soda added to the water has got me ..I thought that would produce CO2 ...Lots of bubbles ...But the wrong type ...0 -

Thanks for you all for the following up, it will be helpful to be more specific like the one quoted above rather than dismiss anything new or anything seems unbelievable outright. I have my doubts to the factors and readiness of the technology but I have no doubt that the principle of the technology is possible. Some other guys here talking about water goes to engine for a rusty engine, we are here discussing about increasing the efficiency of engine fuel not replacing engine oil with water. Even the super quality petrol you pumped into your car's petrol tank doesn't run through your car's engine in liquid form, that's why your instructor told you press your 'gas pedal' gently when you first started your driving lesson. I repeat 'gas pedal' not 'petrol pedal'. Some other guys dismissed it purely on the basis that no major news corps such as BBC CNN etc reported it, I don't think these newsnetworks can report anything useful or helpful to ordinary people unless they get a good benefit out of it. I did further online research and found another website www.runyourcarwithwater.co.uk on it there are two video reports, one is Fox26 news which clearly demonstrated that the guy has water and elctricity to convert H2O to HHO, another report is by an unfamiliar TechWeb TV reporting using a small device to provide electricity from pure water. Have a look of these two reports and prove if it's hoaxes. i will find time this week to personally consult with my local garage to see if the process is simple and reversible as claimed on the website. And I will post my findings.0 -
I would be intersted in your results ,If you get that far .
The only way I can see a benefit to overall efficiency would be the ammount of elctricity produced by the vehicle ,and if this is being used as oposed to going to waste .If for example the battery is fully charged and nothing is being used .
The thing about electrolysis is that the submerged parts of the circuit would be prone to be plated with whatever is suspended in the water ...Without some kind of scrub off quite often the efficiency of Hydrogen/Oxygen production would be reduced .
What I'm trying to say is that it seems to simple ..Thats my main reason for doubting it .0 -
Yes, it's too expensive and the government should lower the duty on it.The gas pedal is so named because of the word 'gasoline'. Not because of the atomisation of fuel from an injector.
If you're seriously suggesting that hydrogen can be extracted from water without expending more energy than that same hydrogen will provide, then please go ahead and buy one of these kits. Just don't be surprised when people are rolling around on the floor in fits of laughter.
Buy yourself a glass hammer while you're there.

how do you know what my instructor said to me?
it certainly wasnt "gas pedal" maybe a more british term like accelerator or throttle.
petrol isnt gas and doesnt get turned into gas.its still petrol, just atomised.
maybe you should understand the basic principles of current fuel injection systems before pouring some evian in your tank....work permit granted!0 -

I will pay to be there when your car conks out.
I want to the fly on the wall and listen to you tell (whoever) that your car suddenly stopped. You can't understand it. All you did was fill it up with WATER. I want to see the look on their face/s.
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
No seriously though. If it were true water would probably become as expensive as diesel is now.0 -
I wonder if the scammers got the idea from turbo-jet engines, where you can inject water at various points of the gas flow to augment the thrust produced?
Perpetual motion machines ...will always pop up from time to time as long as there are no formal proofs to things like the 2nd law of Thermodynamics.0
