Abbey & NS&I Transfer to Lloyds - Address Details

Hello
Opened a Lloyds TSB fixed ISA the other night and all the paperwork came today. Just a couple of questions. Does anyone know the address details to put for both Abbey and NS&I. They seem to have so many different addresses listed in their literature/on their websites I'm not sure which one to use.
Also does anyone know the sort code for NS&I? The account number is also 9 digits - is this correct (normally 8)?

Sort codes seem to have started appearing on ISA transfer forms only recently. In the majority of cases they aren't needed. Correspondance addresses are often given in the specific account's T&Cs. For example, Condition 26 and above the declaration here. If you have the choice, you should always quote the full account number, not the 8 digit account number you might use for online payments.0
