Yes, twice. Its those details that are not being mailed to me when I request them. It says its sent but doesnt arrive

I have reported the problem - but no acknowledgement - so I can't tell if they will reply to me!

So its not just ASQ emails being affected:o

Seems so, yes. I changed my email address to check and did get those confirmations, but not ASQ's or Contact info requests

I have a yahoo email for her but cant reach her on it. I do have an address for her but no phone number. I think if I still havent managed to reach her by this time tomorrow Ill nip up and push a note through.

Has anybody had any joy with this yet? I reported it and my query was passed to the "Technical Department", but no response and messages still not being received?!!
