ASQ eBay Messages not showing in our Outlook Inbox

We are getting all eBay related emails such as Saved Searches, Best Offers & Sold Items appearing in our Outlook Inbox but no 'Ask Seller a Question' emails even though they're appearing in My Messages.

Anyone experiencing the same problem?

I am not receiving any "Ask the seller a question" e-mails in my in-box - but I am getting "you've sold your item" style ones.

Very annoying!! I thought it was just me!!

I've reported it to eBay Support on all our 3 selling accounts & they state that they're not aware of a problem.

Have you reported it?

i've only been getting questions in my ebay inbox not been getting emails. it's been going on for a few days now, no one mentioned it in here so i thought it was just me.

i have also not received a couple of item sold emails in the last few days too

I'm not getting any questions in my outlook inbox but they are appearing in my eBay messages when I log in. Also not getting end of auction emails when my items sell or best offer emails.

From time to time, I get a delay on all my ebay messages. I think they batch them up & send them when message traffic is heavy.

It is particularly annoying when its an ask seller a question, and you don't get it until after the listing has ended. I have complained to ebay, but it still happens.

Mine is hit and miss - some are arriving as emails and some are not. I've just been assuming it's a temporary thing and logging in to check frequently.

This has reminded me I was going to ask, when I log in on ebay.co.uk and try to reply to a question, sometimes it makes me log in again on ebay.com before I can do so. Does anyone know if I can change this please so I don't have to log in twice?

Im not getting anything either! I cant get in touch with my seller to arrange collection of an item I won, and ebay wont mail me her contact details to call her because its simply not getting through

Im very annoyed and dont know what to do now.

I'm having trouble here as well. I rarely check my messages directly on ebay and it wasn't until I did check them that I realised I had some emails that had never reached my inbox.

One was an enquiry about an item that finished several days ago..bother.

Have you tried Pulling their details from eBay?
