Zen To Offer Full Support For Apple Users

Good news for Apple OS users, ISP Zen Internet is launching a dedicated Apple support team from August.
Keen to differentiate itself from many ISPs who offer limited support for this operating system, Zen Internet's team will offer advice on the set up of internet applications, hardware, connectivity and wireless set up on Apple Macs.
Phil Long, technical support manager at Zen Internet, said: "The [Mac] marketplace is now expanding at three times the rate of the PC market, and so we have decided to offer more dedicated support."
The team has been trained to offer support for Mac OS X, Panther and OS X 10.4 (Tiger) and is also geared up to provide limited support for older versions of the operating system such as OS 9 and OS X 10.2 (Jaguar).
