End of contract - pls help?
Hi, I am a newbie with phone contracts..I am a bit worried because I have left it til the last minute, am RIGHT at the end of my contract now (5 days to go) and not sure what to do? I don't want to go on paying the same amount as I know I can get it cheaper elsewhere
I know you can cancel at the end, but I read somewhere that you need to give 30 days notice? do I still have the right to cancel now?
By the way it's E2Save, and the network is O2.
Thanks for your help!

Aggh sorry I'm confused...I'd be really grateful if anyone could answer these Q's:
They won't cancel the contract automatically?
It's cashback redemption, so will I have to pay the full amount for that month? (£35, should be £15)
Could I just cancel the payments? (since the contract has ended)
many thanks0 -

It's cashback redemption, so will I have to pay the full amount for that month? (£35, should be £15). You cashback would only be for the first 12 months. Anything outside of this period will be at full amount so will be about £35 if you cancel today.
Could I just cancel the payments? You can cancel you DD then make any payments that are outstanding at the bank but you will still have to pay as your contact should state that you need to give 30 days notice. HTH
