Who is the safest company for cashback?

Right first things first......Why did a jobsworth mod remove my previous thread asking this question???????
I am only asking WHICH COMPANY CAN BE RELIED ON FOR PAYING OUT CASHBACK!!
Please whichever mod who deleted my last thread can you pm me as to why he/she removed it as no rules were broken!!

Sorry for the rant now back to business....

I am after a couple of cashback contracts and i was wondering which company at this present time can be relied upon for paying out cashback?
