Yes, just dial 141 at the start of the string to prevent CLI being sent.

The same applies with 18185. Although, normally, using 18185 sends 'International' to the receiver, sometimes it doesn't (it seems to depend on the time of day and how 18185 routes its calls at the time), always dial 14118185 prefix to be sure of not sending your CLI.

Thank you, I have ordered the Orchid V4+ LCR Dialler as I will be following your Heinz dialing plan, I will add the 141 where necessary.

I really do appreciate your help

    Once again many thanks

If you have your e-bill it will tell you the date they propose to collect it on it.

My last one was from 15 Nov 2007 - 14 Dec 2007. Dated 15/2/08. Proposed collection date 29/2/08.

I received bills (well, I'm still in credit so they weren't really bills as such) on 15/2/08 - for calls between 17/11/07 and 14/12/07 and another on 7/3/08 for calls between 15/12/07 and 13/1/08.
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

thanks Heinz are they still having system problems do you know...my bills are never very much as I don't really use the house phone that much 1...0845 number once a month to pay the rent and I did use it before in december to ring in repairs but have now got a 01 number for that so use my mobile allowance minutes for the daytime calls...:)

Well, bills are normally about 3 weeks in arrears (received about 6th of the month for calls up to about the 15th of the previous month) so I reckon they're still a month behind.
