whats wrong with my boiler !!!!?

My boiler is a gloworm and has decided to pack in after 3 years , Problems began 2 months ago ! Bloke came round to fix it , charged us £120 for labour and parts , worked for a bit . Now broken again , weird thing is heating works , no hot water !!!! Why is this ? water pressure is low all the time and its a little bad having cold showers all the time .
