BT SIM Only $100 promo- still waiting for my cashback

In September 2004, I signed up with BT mobile with a SIM only contract that promised to pay one hundred pound cashback so long as I stayed with the contract for 6 months. My six months were up in March 2005. I complied with all the procedures and am STILL waiting for my cash. It seems BT have contracted out the promotion to a Manchester company called Mottcombe Lowndes but every time I call them they tell me they are still waiting for authorisation from BT before they can pay me. When I p honeBT they claim complete ignorance to the promo. I am getting very frustrated and am starting to feel a bit conned. Anyone else had this experience? :mad:
