Smarties Goody Bag by sending off 2 new colour Smarties lids (merged)

I was like a woman possessed getting the lids, spent ages looking for the right colours then when visiting my Nan in hospital they had them there at the Smiths concession. Having 4 children bought quite a few packs and sent off for 5 goody bags (one also for my nephew).

Unfortunately, some 7 weeks later nothing has arrived, really disappointed and have given up hope of them ever arriving. Shame as it seems to be a good offer.

Don't despair Welsh-Dragon - my goody bag arrived after about 10 weeks. Keep watching for the postman!!

I have been trying to find an email address so i can email them as i only got two and i sent for four .i know i was lucky to get any but i did send off eight lids ,so really sould have got four.(one for each child).
i looked on website but found nothing.has anyone else been able to find an email address.thanks

Should anyone wish to contact Smarties re the non-delivery of their Smartie goody bag(s) the address is:

carrie.barnes@uknestle.com. They have advised that they have been overwhelmed by demand. I sent mine off about 8 weeks ago but hope they arrived before Christmas ! :rotfl:

MY oldert daughter got hers in september but the younger one has never had hers.

did not go down very well at all !!!!

I sent for 2 when the thread was first posted and got them within a month. Found a load more tubes at my local post office in Burscough today, was going to send for some more for little extra stocking fillers for friends, but might hold off for a while if there is a big backlog. If they run out, might get something different...

email them thats what i did i ordered 4 got 2 .They emailed me back saying other 2 will be sent out from 14th nov.

Slightly off topic but I noticed that the new hexa-tubes appeared to contain a couple of smarties less than the old round ones. Emailed Nestle and this is the reply I got:

"The old tube had an undeclared weight of 42.55g and the new hexatube
has an undeclared weight of 40g."

So on average consumers are getting diddled out of 3 smarties because of the new shaped tube!

oklay, very weird, i found some smartie tubes as i caught this thread late and everyone is stocking hexatubes. I couldn't remember the colours i had to get, so i got them anyway.

Anyhoos, my point is, the lids of the boxes I got were White!!! Do i get anything special? they aren' the normal orange colours, but not the listed special colours to =S
