Have just phoned wanadoo - who I've been with for ages - to get mac code. Chap suggested I wait til next week as there are new deals coming out - he didn't say what they were. But suggested I wait til after tuesday and ring again - said I should be able to get £20 upgrade fee refunded at least.

I asked for a MAC code and they upgraded me for free there and then.
I've started the migration to e7even.0 -
Refunded me my £20 and now off to "freenetname" where there is 4 months free for migrating on a better service.
