this happened to me this weekend when i went to buy some much needed pain killers. the sa didnt believe i was a member of the club even though i knew more about her included products than she did. the other sa came over and agreed with me about the ones included - after a lot of faffing around she did it for me and ive email cs but as yet no reply. i thought it was just me but now i know what you said .comloverlee i will call cs. makes a difference when buying wipes and baby bits
Please, EVERYONE, check this, and tell your friends and family. The Health Club and Over 60's make a big difference to people on a budget. A pharmacist told me that 1000 Paracetamol cost 35p wholesale, so, even after packaging and marketing, Ol' Jesse Boot makes a damn good profit on his discounted Health Club stuff!

I actually think its done to the SA's, I asked first if it would work and could she tried it and she said Im not sure you can have it but Il check, And it did, plus I got the other voucher. Its crap how its one thing for someone and another for someone else.

Yup, I think you've got the technical description for it ("cr*p") absolutely spot on! I got a Jobsworth SA who wouldn't even try to scan the voucher - trotted off to the No7 stand to check how much you needed to pay to get the GWP and then came back and told me I could have £5 off and no GWP, or GWP and pay £20. Better luck next time, eh! I still think the P&P set is lovely and I'm glad I got one, thanks:T to the person who said she'd seen them at Eastgate, Bristol

I guess I could try them but I'm worried about the "cannot be used with any other offer" bit on the back and the logic that I hadn't actually spent £20 once I'd used the £5 voucher. So I'm not sure what to do.

It's taken a while for the various offers etc, to sink in for me clare, but I think it finally sunk in for me today.

If you think of the £5 voucher as being 'cash' it's easier. Therefore you've spent £20, the cashier asks for £20 and you then hand over £15 and the £5 money off coupon. (Although I know a lot of things are debatable re Boots' offers and someone else will probably help me out there).

    I'd ring CS.

I really don't understand how SAs can be so different. If you have bought something worth £20 then you should get the GWP then if you have a voucher (which i assume to be a bonus) you get that knocked off.. The GWP should depend on how much the products are worth not how much you have paid. They should at least try it and see what the till says it shouldn't be up to them to make the decision.

I've just remembered that there were a few Sticker Treasure Kits, £1.75 from £8.00.

They're upstairs near the babywear with a few other toys.

My son had the same problem and tried loads of different products without much success. Then we found Clean & Clear blackhead clearing cleanser actually worked like a charm. You will find it in Boots but shop around as you might find it cheaper elsewhere, definitely well under a fiver though.
Hope this helps, what worked for his skin might not work for yours.
You could have a word with your GP or nurse practitioner too, they are pretty sympathetic about skin problems and have a load of stuff that can be prescribed.
