Well done you! I wasn't even allowed to use one pink £5No 7 voucher yesterday against the P&P giftset so it cost me £20- wish I had your luck!Never mind, I started using all the goodies last night and I'm sure I'll soon look so young and beautiful that I won't care any more!:rotfl:

I would definitely complain to CS about that, as you should be able to use it and it goes through the tills ok.

    Hi

Can someone please advise what the offer with the P&P set is? Is that the one with the body and face cream and band in it? I saw a battered box in brent x yesterday, may not be there now, but would run back if it was a good offer on it. This was £35 pre xmas.

    thank you

To Passion8, Dollardog and Flowermel thanks so much for your help re: the gucci rush sets. I actually manged to get the last 2 in Chester today - really cheered me up as I only went to get some fresh air as house sale should have exchanged on Monday and we were set to move tomorrow but has all been delayed and I needed a bit of retail therapy;).

I felt like an angel put them there just to cheer me up as I'd never seen any there before.

Also introduced my sister to bootsing, isn't it lovely to see the look on the face of someone who can't believe what you just got for what you paid. I bought the No 7 line lift for £12 and got the highlights powder and gwp, gave in the pink £5 off and a 250 points from previous gwp. So parted with £7 and got the £2.50 in points. She was gobsmacked, even though I was kicking myself for not getting something that was £15 instead and therefore using the ACM 75 points voucher and getting another pink £5 voucher.

After a quick coffee in M&S we pulled the 250 points voucher out of the drawer of the gwp and went back and did it all over again for her - it was like a miracle had happened before her very eyes, although she did say she was worried I may end up like that woman in wife swap on Sunday and be dragging her to the back of supermarkets at night rummaging through the bins, with her holding the torch:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

If anyone has used the line lift before can you tell me if it's any good. I know I should have asked this before buying, but just bought it on spare of the moment - thanks

btw no P&P sets in Chester

Sorry to hear about the delay with the house move :( Are you moving nearer to a Boot's store? :D

But I loved reading this, and believe it or not, I've converted my OH :rotfl: I think he thought I was a bit doolally when I was trying to explain some of these posts .....and now he understands it better than me! (Not too difficult I know lol)

The downside is, since he's realised he can get a Men's No7 product for £1 and points :D, he's using up all the £5 off vouchers :rotfl:

I thought of you today, I saw a Gucci Rush set and looked to see if there was another set about the same price to swap my bottle of Chanel for, but there wasn't anything I fancied, then I looked at the price of the Gucci and it was £25!! So wouldn't have bothered anyway.
  • Do you think ill look like a tight erm..bum if i gave my sil the Soap & Glory Small or Nothing Gift http://www.boots.com/shop/product_details.jsp?productid=1087773&classificationid=1039855 for her birthday? we do only tend to give a small gift to ohs brother/sil on their birthday but is it a bit too small?

I've got quite sensitive skin as well, and find that many facial washes are too harsh and I end up with a rash or really sore, red skin. I've tried a fair few different products and the only range I will now use is the clean and clear for sensitive skin range. It works without drying out my skin. Was on 2 for £5 in boots last week so worth a check. It's normally cheaper in the supermarket than at boots full price though. HTH.
