You need to ask for it, some shops are not putting them out until Mothers day, although some might have them out after today (Valentines). They only seem to be in the big shops though, most of the small shops haven't heard of them. Don't let them sell you the £35 one though. The one you want is a round one, about 15".

Hi Dollardog :) This £35 gift set that's been mentioned is intriguing me. Has anyone posted a link to it do you know? tia

You wouldn't have got the GWP from the No 7 lady there!!;)

Exactly why I never pay there!!!!!:rotfl:

Shame I didn't have an illuminator voucher as I would have tried that, although I already have enough to give to a few people and a couple of years supply for myself :) so wasn't too bothered. I did have dd with me tho', and it's not so much fun looking for bargains/shopping when you have to push a heavy pushchair around the isles. She is 3 but it's just easier to keep her strapped into the pushchair whist I shop!!!
  • im going to try the voucher combinations on monday, sooo nervous!!! dont know why tho, cos actually im getting oh to do it and hiding at the other side of boots :D
    'They only had one cow!'
  • Boots have sent me more PC vouchers Don't know why as i haven't had a boots baby but they sent me some with a congrats on the birth of your baby card today. So i thought it would be rude not to pop in as i was going to town anyway, Well it was *THAT* store i went to and they had loads of P&P £20 sets. some at the No.7 display some near the main tills and some near the photo counter. There was at least 6 on each display and they finally seduced me as i have the £5 off voucher now and got a highlight voucher the other day so thought i would try with a few other bits. No go  can't use voucher on gift set can't get GWP as not spent £20 as hightlight free. Why did i even get my hopes up, i left it. SO i got olay hand cream used 500pts and got an eye shaddow from max factor used £2 off voucher and a rimmel mirror /powder compact for 50p:D

    Hello all

I have been sent another parenting club book of vouchers. One of which is £5 off total effects moisturiser, I could do with one and at the moment they are £5 off already in store..however it says on the back not to be used with any other offer, does anyone know if these go through or will I get the dreaded till beep.

    THank you

I would think they'd go through - anyway the assistants don't seem to mind when you try stuff that doesn't work, so always worth a try.
I'm all chuffed with meself; just been and got Olay total Effects exfoliating thing (paid £4.99 & received 500 points) and Pantene conditioner (paid £2.99 & got 200 points) - then used points to pay for baby stuff I would have got anyway. So I've spent a quid so far on my mum's Mother's Day Basket Of Random But Good Quality toiletries :T

Any ideas for other stuff I could get would be appreciated! (She's in her 50s, if that's any guide to skin care/whatever):j
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.
  • just read that you got the p&p set scrappymad from *that* store Why do some SA's take in upon themselves to be boots police?

Phew, back from work and got next week off for half term, yippee!

The £35 set is this one - sorry, I'm new to this so I don't know how to paste a link but here's a simple cut and paste ( I just put "No7 Protect and perfect " in the Boots search engine and luckily this was the first product it came up with!:

It was on 3 for 2 at Christmas so doesn't seem such a good buy now, although I think the face serum is £16.75 and the body serum is £25 so it's cheaper than buying them both separately. HTH:)

Cup of tea, and back to this thread.....
  • Hi, I just want to ask....

Whats the cheapest thing you can get with the £5 off vouchers.

I think I have been spending to much in Boots and have ended up with 5 of them :)

I would like to spend the min poss.

Thanks alot, and sorry if this has been asked or posted before!

For you lovely ladies who do hampers (must get some ideas for myself about
doing one), I think the box that the P&P set comes in is really nice and
could maybe be used for a small hamper type thing? If you are careful, you
can peel all the lables off without damaging the box - the security white
tag was a bit of a b*gger cos it's stuck on super hard, but if you take it
slow and steady it's ok What do you experienced Hamper ladies think?
