CBFSMS.com question

If someone replies to a text sent from https://www.CBFSMS.com (using their reply service thing) and they have free texts on their phone would it use up one of those or would they get charged for replying? Or both?

    i guess the real way to check is to reply and see if u get billed, but it appears to come from a uk mobile number so i would assume that uk mobile networks would be included in the txt msg allowances
