I sent off my cashback claim to talkworld in may.....i have phoned three times and i have been promised my cheques in a few days every time! i just called again and now they are saying next week......anyone have this problem with them before?
ive never had problems before with them so this is a first.........

Yes they are SLOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWW. The 28 days they state turned out to be 28 working days after they received it, and then they added on another couple of weeks for good measure. I ended up emailing them every week and eventually the cheque arrived. They also promised me it was soon also. Mine was also due in May.
The slow response could be a warning of cash flow problems.......or maybe theyre keeping a few grand in the bank for a few extra weeks to bump up their bank interest.illegitimi non carborundum0
