Hi, I was trying to change the network of my neices phone and I have locked the phone I tried the provider (virgin) for the Puk code. They won't give me any information and my neice hasn't a clue what they are talking about. Is there any way I can get the Puk online?

A Puk is needed when you have entered the sim card PIN wrongly more than 3 times.

Whoever originally issued the phone should be able to issue a Puk, all your niece will need to ask for is a Puk and have account details and the phones IMEI and possibly the sim card number to hand. Surely she can manage that?

And legally only the network can give a Puk but it appears on the above link that possibly you can access it online through your account?

They are only going to talk to the account holder too as you may have nicked the phone and want the puk to unlock it.

Unless you have locked the SIM (by entering an incorrect pin 3 times) a PUK code is of no use.

You talk about locking the phone. Would you give some more details, please?

You can get PUK instantly if you have online account?

Could i have the unlocking codes for Nokia 6300 the IMEI No:359811017157519 this is locked to Orange but no Orange sim card i wan't to use 02.
