It will be sore to do it but you need to pinch your nose just below the bony bit (imagine starting at the top and sliding your fingers down, pinch below where the bony bit ends).
If you can press there it should stop it. Give it a good ten minutes pressure. If it doesn't stop then off to A&E as you might need to have your nose packed to stop the bleeding.
You can lose a lot of blood through a nosebleed. Better safe than sorry.0 -
Awwwww Deliciosa, sorry about your nose, that sounds really painful."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

thanks guys, and heppy for the practical advice. my problem is that its not bleeding from the depth of the nose, there is a small cut inside the right nostril, and THATS bleeding, the bleeding from the depth of the nose has stopped three hours ago. i am not sure you know what i mean here. its like a cut bleeding, just inside my nose, not like a nosebleeding. you know what i mean? and its really really tiny now, about a drop per five minutes....Total debt £3625.07.

Sorry, but nothing you can do for a broken nose, plenty of ice for the swelling, have you thought about sueing, because of the huge hole in the road that you hit and then fell off your bike !0
