Yes, with one token - but read my previous earlier post because the card does not mention Virgin.

I have had a similar problem - they only seem to have availabilty until the end of March (despite what it says on the Virgin and Daily Mail website).

I had another look today just in the hope that it is all a mistake and virgin have released the tickets now that some eager member of staff noticed :rotfl: .

I have emailed Virgin using the contact us link & asked about the non-availability of bookings on the Daily Mail offer for April. No reply yet but perhaps if more people do it... I have also emailed their customer services.

Firstly, the offer will be available on the Virgin West Coast line as in previous years. This is the only route that Virgin have got left.

I emailed Virgin customer services in the early hours of Friday morning about
the problems regarding non availability of travel to Glasgow on several dates in April. I received a reply early Friday evening & the customer service assistant had tried to make the same bookings as me with the same negative result. The problem has been referred to their IT Department for investigation etc. Hopefully the problem will be resolved soon.

I have my 3 tokens. Does that mean I can only use them on just one journey or can I used them as many times as I want on other journeys?

I would like to do a trip from Birmingham to Penzance with a break in Plymouth & a return trip from Penzance to Birmingham with a break in Taunton. The total cost comes to £40 (bargain). The terms & conditions says that no breaks are allowed.I take it you have to show the tokens to the train manager but he does not take the tokens from you. so nothing stops me from breaking my journey as many times as I want & I could book single indivdual tickets for each trip. Anybody please?
