I am very sceptical that anyone would be able to text such info ahead of the official announcement. Anyway, we will know in an hour or so.....In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0

Well, if that's the case, gbp/usd has not reacted. In any case, it's a 'done deal': If the Daily Express demands a cut, then they will get a cut:rotfl:. Independent BofE!:rolleyes:BLOODBATH IN THE EVENING THEN? OR PERHAPS THE AFTERNOON? OR THE MORNING? OH, FORGET THIS MALARKEY!

Of course the 'coffee' boy would know first :rotfl:'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0 -
Even if they did, they should watch out if they do things like this, as it could very easily land them in extremely hot water because of confidentiality breaches... Admittedly this is minor data really, but at a time where the government has majorly cocked up several instances involving secure information, I can imagine that people wouldn't be too happy finding this sort of leak!0

Yes !! come to think of it i should really have kept my gob shut !! Fortunatley no one knows who I am, anonymity can be a wonderful thing at times !
As I said, it's not likely to be an issue here, but never make the mistake of thinking that your anonymity here makes you untouchable. I know a few people who have been sued for comments that made on a forum like this, though the lawsuits never went anywhere in terms of results. however, the point is that people were found and named despite having been anonymous because the forum administrator was forced to hand over email address and IP details which led to the accused being tracked down and officially named, as opposed to their handles.
Still, if you make sure you don't post anything too illegal you'll probably be fineI am a Chartered Financial Planner

Don't bank on it.
Big brother is here.
I doubt this will attract the relevant attention but this site does have various details about you (such as your email address) and they could be forced to give them if they were given a court order.
I doubt your post will attract that level of attention but I think someone has succesfully been sued for a post before (on another site) so don't think you are totally anonymous.
Personally I don't believe your story.
I'm not saying it's you that's lying. One of your mates could be winding you up.
Great efforts are put in place to emargo things and people in these posistions would not do that sort of thing.
I think rates are likely to go down so it's a safe bet.0 -
I'm not so sure.
I've just gambled £28 million with Paddy Power!:D:D
