Wife got one, its OK- although I prefer a standard phone rather than a flip.

My sister has a V220 and i thought it was the worst phone i had ever held.
I was used to Nokia's so maybe that didn't help but if that is what most Motorolas are like i'm sticking to my Nokia.
Camera was rubbish, buttons were awkward, tones were pants.
good luck in your desicion and hopefully it is the right one and it's not to get a V220 lol.
