help plz

bought a contract from osps last year in april. was a regular deal
11 months free on 12 months contract.
wen i bought the contract it was £81 auto cash back
and redemption of £83 * 3 (4th, 8th n 12th)

but when i got the phone it was £81 auto
£62.5 * 4 (6th, 8th, 10th n 12th)

i didnt bother much, spoken to costumer services and all they did was apologise.

now in my month 6 claim there was a bit of balance from the last statement. and they rejected my claim and THEY SAY they sent me a letter stating that my claim has been rejected, tho i never recieved any letter.

month 8th claim has been successfull recently.

any advice on how to get my month 6 claim (£62.5) back ?
